PROP 63Prop 63 is about gun laws becoming stricter in California. Prop 63 would require you to get a license to buy ammunition, which means you would need a background check. Currently you don't need a license to buy ammunition or magazines. A magazine is bullet storage and/or feeding device within or attached to a fire arm. Prop 63 will ban high-capacity magazines (in other words, you won’t be able to put more than ten bullets into a gun at a time) This new law will also make it impossible for criminals to purchase a gun, including people with a misdemeanor battery or assault charge, and those with restraining orders.
